Your Heart Feels Different, and That’s OK. Give Yourself the Gift of Kindness.

This may be the first Christmas Eve without your loved one, and I truly want you to know that you are not alone, because there are many others who understand the loss that you feel.

It’s Christmas Eve, but there’s no earthly gift to be given to resolve your grief or that will bring you the joy that others may feel on Christmas morning.

Your heart feels different, and that’s OK – processing grief can be extremely challenging in this season. Give yourself the gift of kindness, and surround yourself with those who will pray for your strength, peace, and comfort.
